Prompto is a platform for sharing prompts publicly by default. Users can create, store, and share prompts. The free plan includes unlimited prompt storage with all prompts and user profiles being public. The Prompto Private subscription allows users to mark prompts and their profile as private.

To use Prompto, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information. By default, your profile and created prompts are public and can be seen by other users, unless you have an active Prompto Private subscription and mark them as private.

All prompts you create are publicly discoverable by other users unless marked private with Prompto Private. You retain ownership of your prompts but grant Prompto a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your prompts on the platform.

You agree not to misuse the Prompto platform. Prohibited behaviours include but are not limited to:

• Creating or sharing prompts containing abusive, offensive, or illegal content
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users
• Attempting to hack, overload, or disrupt the platform
• Using automated systems to scrape or excessively access the platform

Prompto is intended for normal use by individual users. We reserve the right to apply rate limits or restrict access if your usage is excessive, harms the platform, or impacts other users' experience.

Prompto offers a free plan with unlimited prompt storage and public visibility. Prompto Private allows marking prompts and profiles as private. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing as shown during checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You may delete your account at any time via the account menu. Upon deletion, all your data (including prompts and profile) will be permanently deleted. Your subscription will end immediately upon deletion with no refunds. Subscription payment records will be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

Subscriptions are non-refundable, including in cases of account deletion.

Prompto tracks certain metrics for each prompt, such as how often it is forked, by whom, and interactions with prompt actions (e.g. chatbot executions, copy, and share buttons). This is to improve platform functionality and provide insights to users.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or violate our Acceptable Use policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Prompto after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
